February 1999: The month I went to my first rave, and the exact same month of the founding of DanceSafe, a non-profit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to keeping partygoers safe and healthy. A year and a half later, I signed up for a training while visiting DanceSafe's booth at a party in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. And the rest is history... Please wait for all the images to load.

We even got to take a picture with dope comedian Tommy Chong of the classic Cheech & Chong movies!!!
We had a busy day at San Francisco's second annual Love Parade. When the coast was clear,
I got a chance to reprezent for the camera. Even better: former volunteers & old friends were
there partying and came to visit the table. These were folks I hadn't seen in up to four years!
